Carbon fiber-reinforced carbon (C/C) composite heater elements manufactured from our proprietary PC70 and PC30 grades deliver exceptional performance that significantly surpasses conventional graphite and other carbon-based materials in high-temperature vacuum and inert-atmosphere furnaces.
Unlike standard graphite elements, which are produced from bulk carbon and often exhibit anisotropic resistivity and limited mechanical strength, our short-fiber C/C composites offer a homogeneous, quasi-isotropic microstructure. This unique architecture provides two critical advantages
